Here at AAMP, we are all about creativity – finding fun ways to play with the arts to help us express ourselves, to relax, and to enjoy the tactile experience of creating something.
Sure, there are professional artists who have developed specific practices to share their artistic vision and we LOVE them, but their work is only one aspect of creativity.
You can choose to be creative, at your own level, for your own purposes, no matter how much or how little time or expertise you have. You don’t have to use specific materials and you don’t have to use the materials in the way you are ‘supposed’ to use them.

You can be creative with a pen and the back of an envelope.
You can be creative in how you rearrange the items on your shelf.
You can be creative in how you dress.
You can play with playdoh.
You can draw, sing, dance, write, knit, or do anything creative that makes your heart happy.
You don’t have to be good at it. It doesn’t have to be pretty. It doesn’t even have to make sense.
Your creativity is about you expressing yourself.
It’s about you finding relaxation in a task you can sink into and enjoy.
That sounds doable, doesn’t it?
